10+ years in higher education / international student recruitment with proven enrolment targets and team leadership.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Mandarin preferred for China market.
Strong skills in market research, analytics, and strategic planning.
Experience building and managing agent networks and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute international student recruitment strategies aligned with enrolment and revenue targets.
Set and monitor recruitment targets by market, programme, intake, and channel.
Identify new markets and opportunities to drive growth.
Lead initiatives to improve conversion rates across the recruitment funnel.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
Develop market-specific marketing and promotional strategies to strengthen brand and recruitment.
Oversee relationships with international education agents, schools, and universities.
Manage enrolment funnel from enquiry to visa/pass processing and enrolment.
Lead recruitment activities for the China market and forecast performance.
