Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Manager, Group Business Applications to oversee operations, modernization, and continual improvement of enterprise applications driving critical business functions across the group. You will ensure high availability, effective vendor partnerships, and reliable service delivery for Business Units and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing, information technology, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in application support, IT operations, or related fields; 5–7 years as a technology/function analyst in end-user environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, vendors, and multi-application environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of enterprise applications including A&P, AP, SRM, S2C, ECM, and RE.
• Ensure incident resolution and continuity of business operations.
• Coordinate vendor enhancements, upgrades, and SLA performance.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge resources to strengthen business continuity.
