Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of policy by conducting jurisdictional benchmarking, analysis, drafting and market engagement
• Assist in the identification of areas for development and review with the aim of providing appropriate recommendation and key action items
• Support in reviewing relevant areas required to execute and operationalise proposed reform measures
• Assist in ongoing review of policies and regulatory framework pertaining to bond market to ensure effectiveness and relevance for the development of Malaysian bond market
• Assist in the identification and recommendation of appropriate regulatory action or policy review
• Assist in providing technical input to supervisor and HOD on issues and developments related to bond market and the capital market to ease decision making
• Assist in any relevant ad-hoc tasks as required including areas such as internal compliance, risk management and governance
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in drafting appropriate responses, recommendations and action items related to bond market policies or initiatives
• Assist in facilitating and supporting initiatives by external stakeholders in any related international cooperative forums
