Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Penang seeks a Senior Manager Account EODM to guide the global account within our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, aligning product solutions with client needs and building lasting partnerships.

You will lead technical engagements, shape account strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, FAE/SAE, and other functions to translate customer insights into opportunities. Fluency in English and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally the candidate has a track record in developing EMS business, understands the value chains and can position Infineon well in the Account.
• Experience in a global company with cross functional teams is essential.
• Technical knowledge for AI Server & Datacenter infrastructure as well as other solutions like controllers, switches, sensors and connectivity parts is beneficial.
• Candidate should be curious to identify additional business and drive opportunities with a self-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English are needed for that.
• Experience leading and guiding cross-functional teams with Marketing, FAE/SAE.
• Passion and a never give up mentality is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EODM Account as part of a global Account Manager team for the whole industry.
• Develop & execute Account strategy to grow the Account.
• Position Infineon’s products and solutions in the Account.
• Manage technical engagements day to day and plan technical summits with resource owners.
• Drive technical and commercial feedback into the support organizations.
• Own and maintain the executive relationship matrix between the Account and Infineon executives.
• Share customer insights via CRM opportunity tracking and interaction reports.

• It is expected that the candidate works closely with supporting organizations such as Marketing, FAE/SAE teams and has made experience in leading and guiding cross functional teams.
