Job summary

IOI is seeking a Senior Project Manager (M&E) to lead major mixed commercial projects, including mall development. You will drive design collaboration with consultants, obtain approvals, and oversee construction to ensure compliance with contracts and drawings.

You will manage quality, site valuations, and defect minimization while coordinating with government authorities. A strong leader with independent initiative is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in mixed commercial projects, including mall design and construction.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical works is essential.
• Ability to lead a project team and coordinate with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Secure approvals: assist in obtaining construction approvals and certificates.
• Design collaboration: finalize designs and materials with consultants and contractors.
• Construction oversight: monitor progress to ensure contract and drawing compliance.
• Quality assurance: ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan and QMS.
• Site valuation: perform site valuations and issue non-compliance instructions.
• Defect minimization: ensure works are completed with minimal defects.
