Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, experience in watches is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long‑term relationships
• Strong sales acumen with ability to engage clients through effective storytelling
• Collaborative team player with high integrity and professionalism
• Proactive and results driven

Responsibilities

• Plays a central role on the sales floor, achieving and exceeding both sales targets and qualitative KPIs as assigned.
• Always has omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience.
• Proposes new ideas to develop sales such as merchandising, events, product mix
