Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced logistics operations leader in Iskandar Puteri to drive performance and efficiency across the distribution network. You will oversee daily activities, optimize processes, and push for continuous improvements to meet customer expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in logistics, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering cost reductions and service enhancements in a complex supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations management with end-to-end responsibility.
• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics operations to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Monitor P&L, establish controls, and identify cost-reduction and revenue-increasing opportunities.
• Define roles, plan for future needs, and coach staff on performance.
• Collaborate with client and staff to ensure operational effectiveness and policy adherence.
• Supervise staff and drive training and development.
• Ensure knowledge resources are accessible and usable.
• Drive Lean Warehousing and continuous process improvement.
• Meet or exceed customer metrics for cost, quality, service, and supplier performance.
