• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain or logistics-related major.
• 5+ years of work experience in logistics-related fields, preferably in 3C electronics or e-commerce logistics.
• Strong data analysis and summarization skills with numeric sensitivity.
• Good external communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stress tolerance and responsibility.
• Proficient with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational mechanisms for mature logistics businesses and design baseline targets for costs, cycle times, and quality.
• Lead assessment of suppliers' capabilities and risks and participate in forming cooperation strategies and bid management for resources.
• Design end-to-end logistics solutions for new scenarios and adapt to the business environment.
• Ensure regional logistics continuity, safety, and compliance including inventory accuracy and internal controls.
• Plan customs business capability and coordinate responses for audits and inspections.
• Enhance regional logistics capabilities and support national logistics operations.
• Align with regional e-commerce growth to improve delivery timeliness and customer experience.
