Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Major Claims professional to determine validity and authorize settlement of group life insurance claims. You will register, reserve, assess, review, investigate, approve and process Major claims within your authority while upholding quality and productivity benchmarks.

The role involves training new hires, supporting data analysis for reporting, and collaborating with solicitors and third parties to resolve complex cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Major Claims experience is required.
• Experience in Life insurance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register, reserve, assess, review, investigate, approve and process Major claims within own authority.
• Provide high-quality claims services and meet benchmarks for quality, turnaround time and productivity.
• Train and coach new joiners on product knowledge and claims assessment skills.
