Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PQE as advocate & solicitors or in-house counsel.
• Possess experience in corporate, litigation, commercial, banking, leasing and property matters.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality.
• Able to work independently, meticulous and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting & reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research & monitor developments in laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory and employment matters.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external solicitors on legal matters.
