The role requires at least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on sustainability practices and stakeholder engagement. Develops and manages Supply Chain Sustainability policies and programs. Typically performs one or more of the following as an individual contributor:
Shows mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and is recognized within the company as an authority in his/her area(s) of specialization. Initiative and creativity result in high degree of innovation while showing the capacity to solve major problems of an advanced complexity affecting various departments and businesses. Solves complex, novel and non-recurring problems.
Leads complex, strategic and business critical projects or initiatives. Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader. Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites.
Provides guidance for external programs. Initiates projects with suppliers in a very complex environment.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or Business with minimum 8 years experience.
