Job summary

Meishang Cosmetics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Senior KOL Business Development / Senior KOL Marketing Specialist to identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, and external partners to drive brand growth.

The role involves negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaigns from outreach to execution, and monitoring ROI to optimize performance. English proficiency required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, partnership management, or influencer campaign execution is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• English required; Chinese is an added advantage for communicating with KOLs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and build relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, and potential business partners.
• Negotiate collaboration rates, packages, deliverables, and terms with KOLs and agencies.
• Coordinate KOL collaborations from outreach to campaign execution and follow-up.
• Monitor KOL performance, campaign results, and ROI to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research market trends and emerging KOLs to expand the influencer network.
• Work with Marketing and Operations to align KOL partnerships with campaign objectives.
• Maintain a database of KOL contacts, rates, performance, and collaboration records.
• Aim to achieve monthly KOL partnership, sales, and business development targets.
