The role requires 10–15 years in Java development with hands-on leadership and a strong focus on DevOps, performance tuning, and testing.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Java application development experience.
• At least 2 years of team lead experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, OpenShift, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience with RESTful services, performance troubleshooting, and code quality.
• Familiarity with Linux server environments.
• Experience with ORM frameworks and database connectivity.
• Excellent problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot-based enterprise apps.
• Develop and support RESTful services and microservices communication.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Build unit tests and support testing phases.
• Troubleshoot performance, deployment, and infra issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and containerized deployments.
• Monitor Linux/OpenShift environments and resource usage.
• Ensure code quality with SonarQube and similar tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirements.
