Job summary

Neurogine Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate software across products and customer projects. You will own features end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, and post-release support, with emphasis on backend services, REST APIs, and system integrations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customer technical staff, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Experience with system integration and data mapping.
Ability to mentor and review code.
Solid understanding of security and testing practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Java/Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs across products and projects.
Design and implement integrations with customer systems and third-party services.
Own technical delivery from analysis to testing, deployment, and post-release support.
Collaborate with internal and customer teams to resolve integration issues.
Ensure code quality through unit/integration tests and reviews, support SIT/UAT and security assessments.
Assist in releases, configurations, and deployment procedures.
