Job summary

Tentacle Tech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in the finance sector. The role is hybrid, coordinating with business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver on scope, time, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in PM, 2+ years in finance projects, and a PMP/PRINCE2 preference. Malaysian citizens only. The position offers a 6-month renewable contract with a hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, IT, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of PM experience with 2+ years in finance projects.
• Proven track record delivering full project lifecycle.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget, and resource management.
• Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scoping to post-deployment stabilization.
• Develop work plans, define timelines, effort, and testing/ deployment steps.
• Lead kick-off, steering committee meetings, and cross-team collaboration.
• Track progress, manage risks, and maintain issue registers.
• Prepare progress reports on status, risks, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate delivery metrics and vendor activities across departments.
