Job summary

DKSH Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT programs from initiation to closure, following the DKSH Group IT Project Methodology.

You will track scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver complex projects across functions and geographies.

Bachelor’s degree in IT and 7–10 years of IT PM experience are required; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IT projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver IT projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Plan projects across scope, timeline, cost, and quality and obtain approvals.
• Develop essential project documentation (Business Case, Charter, Plan, Test Plan, Lessons Learned).
• Lead cross‑functional teams and vendor partners through execution and delivery.
• Monitor schedule and budget; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage change requests via governance processes to protect scope.
• Develop and execute communication plans; provide regular status updates.
