Job summary

DKSH Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Manager, Group IT Project Management to drive SAP-enabled M&A integration projects across our global organization. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives and IT governance standards.

This role is ideal for a senior project manager with ERP, SAP integration, or post-merger programs in multinational environments, with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-country

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, business or related field.
• 8–12 years IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering ERP, SAP integration, or business transformation.
• Experience managing multi-country, cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum or hybrid methods.
• Develop plans, budgets, timelines, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate SAP and non-SAP workstreams including data migration and testing.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and changes through governance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with IT compliance.
