Job summary

AirBorneo Airways Sdn Bhd is seeking a PMO/Portfolio Coordinator to manage the IT portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, proper baselining and governance across technology initiatives.

You will consolidate project roadmaps, intake requirements and budget considerations, track milestones, risks and dependencies, and prepare weekly dashboards and reports for senior leadership. You will collaborate with sponsors, owners and delivery teams to maintain records and drive timely portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in PMO, portfolio reporting or governance is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data management mindset.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT portfolio register and ensure records are current.
• Consolidate project roadmaps and support planning for budgeting.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies with governance reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries and management reports.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure timely updates.
