TG Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive project initiatives, analyze business and IT requirements, and design scalable networks and security architectures. You will coordinate across teams to ensure operational stability, perform vulnerability assessments, and maintain disaster recovery environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in AD/Azure/O365, VMware, and security controls, with a strong focus on incident response, change management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk/support roles.
• Experience configuring and administering AD, Azure, O365, VMware, and security controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in project management; analyze requirements and design scalable infra solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to support IT operations and manage infrastructure change requests.
• Set up and maintain UAT, Production, and DR environments; perform vulnerability scans and remediation.
• Facilitate audits and remediation actions per governance and security requirements.
• Maintain IT SOPs, policies, reports, and documentation.
