Job summary

Fodegraf Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior IT Executive to lead software development, manage IT infrastructure, and support the Company's digital transformation initiatives in Malaysia.

The role requires 4 years of relevant experience, a degree in CS/IT/SE, and strong skills in databases, Windows Server, networking, and cloud services. You will collaborate across departments and vendors to deliver robust business systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Company's internal systems and business applications.
• Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, backups, and user access controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement IT solutions and system improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support digital transformation projects.
