Job summary

Fodegraf Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior IT Executive in Melaka to lead software development, manage IT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation across the company. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with multiple departments.

You will oversee internal systems, ensure system security, and coordinate with vendors to implement IT solutions while advancing operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Company's internal systems and business applications.
• Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, backups, and user access controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement IT solutions and system improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support digital transformation projects.
