We are a well‑established manufacturing and FMCG trading house, serving retail, distribution, and corporate clients. We are seeking a Senior IT Executive with strong technical, software, and data reporting skills to support digital transformation, improve internal systems, and enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and guide the IT team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.

Plan IT manpower, workload, and priorities.

IT Infrastructure, Hardware & Software

Oversee and manage IT hardware and infrastructure, including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, networks, and backups.

Ensure proper installation, maintenance, security, and performance of software systems and applications.

ERP & Business Systems

Manage and optimize Efichain, AutoCount, ERP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and related business systems.

Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to support business operations.

Data Reporting & Analytics

Oversee and develop Power BI dashboards and management reports.

Ensure accurate and timely sales, inventory, production, and operational reporting.

Review data quality and reporting outputs produced by the team.

Automation & Technical Development

Drive automation initiatives using SQL, scripting, or simple coding to reduce manual work.

Support system and reporting improvements through technical solutions.

Lead and manage IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.

Liaise with local and overseas based vendors for hardware, software, and system support.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure IT governance, data security, system reliability, and compliance.

Establish IT standards, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations, systems, and data reporting.

Strong experience in IT hardware, infrastructure, and software systems.

Hands‑on experience with ERP system, AutoCount, Power BI, SQL, and etc.

Knowledge of networking, servers, backups, and IT security.

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaborate with Management and cross‑functional teams.
