Job summary

Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (HLIB) seeks a risk-focused auditor to implement cyber security–driven audit plans. You will review vulnerabilities, monitor security designs, and ensure operations comply with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, 4+ years in audit/risk/compliance with information security exposure, and may have CISA/CISSP/CISM certifications. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in CS/IT
• Minimum 4 years in internal audit, risk management, compliance or external audit with information security auditing exposure
• CISA/CISSP/CISM certifications are a plus
• Experience using CAATs is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Implement risk-based audit plans with a focus on information and cyber security.
• Evaluate if security vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated with appropriate cyber security design, monitoring and operations.
• Assess the efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of operation processes with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assess information and cyber security policies and procedures and identify internal control and regulatory deficiencies that could put the Bank at risk.
• Analyze IT processes, business controls, and programs to identify internal control risks and recommend solutions.
