Abbott Laboratories in Malaysia seeks a Senior Auditor, Global IT Audit to join a cross-functional team. The role spans 2-3 years with potential transitions into Cybersecurity, Privacy, Operating Divisional IT Roles, Global IT, and Legal.

The Senior Auditor will assess IT security and controls across Abbott’s international and domestic operations, scope engagements, perform risk-based fieldwork, identify gaps, and present practical recommendations to management.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 3-5+ years in IS auditing with a top-tier firm.
• Experience in Application/Platform IT Controls or security assessments.
• Willingness to travel 15-40% to Abbott's locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute Information Systems audits across Abbott's orgs.
• Assess design and development of security solutions for policies and requirements.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive audit work papers supporting results.
• Proactively communicate audit status and findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on current security risks and reference standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate Audit to assess IT risks and coverage.
• Identify control gaps and propose actionable mitigation recommendations.
