Job summary

Genting Plantations Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager IT Audit to lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits across the Group. You will assess controls for cloud, ERP, infrastructure, OT, IAM, and network security, delivering practical recommendations to strengthen governance.

Applicants should hold a IT-related degree and possess 6–10 years of relevant experience, with CISA preferred. Travel within Malaysia and Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, IS or related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, IT consulting, or IT services.
• CISA preferred; other cybersecurity certifications welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, IT governance, and technology risk management.
• Experience with data analytics, AI, or audit automation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits across the Group.
• Assess controls across cloud, ERP, infrastructure, and OT.
• Evaluate IAM, network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and third-party cyber risk.
• Provide assurance on compliance with policies and recognized cybersecurity frameworks.
• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity and technology governance.
• Monitor emerging cyber threats, AI developments, and technology risks for risk-based audit planning.
• Engage stakeholders and provide advisory on cybersecurity and digital risk initiatives.
