Job summary

FWD Group is seeking an experienced Investment Operations professional to lead day-to-day operations across Group Entities and Hong Kong. The role covers trade settlement, cash management, and ISDA/CSA governance, with focus on Bloomberg AIM integration and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in accounting/finance and 10+ years in middle office or collateral support, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities to guide a small team within a regional finance

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related fields.
10+ years of experience working in middle office operations, collateral support, trading processing.
Knowledge of Private Equity and Alternative Credit products is an asset.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day trade settlement, pre & post trade support, activities for Group Entities and Hong Kong.
Provide trade support to the investment front office in Group Entities and Hong Kong.
Supervise cash and currency operations for Group Entity and Hong Kong investment teams.
Work with counterparties to establish ISDA and CSA agreements in support of the derivative program.
Manage bank and custodian KYC requests, regulatory and audit requests as required.
