Job summary

FWD TIM seeks a senior Bloomberg/financial systems expert to govern and optimize Bloomberg and Clearwater across the Investment Operations & Accounting landscape. You will lead data governance, standardization, and technical collaboration with markets and vendors.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely trade recording, driving process improvements, and supporting new product implementations while maintaining regulatory and governance standards. Strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Mathematic or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in middle office operations, collateral support, trading processing, PMO.
• Solid knowledge of financial products; Bloomberg AIM expertise required.
• Technical skills: Bloomberg, Aladdin, Reuters, IDC or similar market data providers; PAM/FAM/Portia/ Clearwater is an asset.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Bloomberg & Clearwater on all system infrastructure matters.
• Drive continuous improvement for group-wide operations efficiency, data accuracy and quality.
• Ensure trades are recorded in Bloomberg and Clearwater on a timely basis (T+1).
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for system interfaces and usability.
• Lead integration and migration projects across markets; manage external vendors & partners.
• Participate in UAT and projects; resolve issues to completion and explain solutions to markets.
