Job summary

Prudential plc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Investment FP&A to lead the continual development of Investment data, process, FP&A and Reporting to support the management of investments.

The role will shape our cost management capability, drive standardisation and efficiency across the entire group, and require a strong process improvement mindset to deliver value across LBUs and central teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or cost management post qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Investment data, processes, FP&A and reporting to support investment management.
• Support key reporting cycles including NS actuals, Forecast, Business Plan, ACR, and recharges; ensure data consistency across outputs.
• Collaborate with LBUs, Central Pillars & Enablers and technology to capture and report investment spend across the Group.
• Drive standardisation and efficiency across the group’s cost management and reporting capabilities.
