Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with at least five years’ relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline. Diploma holders should have hands-on investigation experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate investigations, fraud examination, internal audit investigations or related fields.
• Experience in procurement, tender, contract, project, vendor or whistleblowing investigations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interviewing, evidence-management and report-writing skills.
• High integrity, objectivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting investigations following MMHE procedures and standards.
• Conduct investigative interviews and document statements and records.
• Gather, preserve and analyse documentary and digital evidence with proper confidentiality.
• Perform site visits, research and data analysis for investigations.
• Prepare working papers, findings and draft reports for review.
• Recommend practical improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain independence and professional scepticism throughout investigations.
• Contribute to improving procedures, templates and tools.
