Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Internal Controller to lead deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Internal Control Framework across regions and shared services. You will partner with Finance and operations to ensure governance and risk mitigation are embedded in processes.

The role requires hands-on assessment of SoD conflicts, ICSA execution, and driving remediation actions with regional teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting is required.
• Minimum 6 years of internal control or related experience.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an effective internal control framework across entities and processes.
• Perform internal control reviews and walkthroughs of key processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, MD, HR, SC).
• Monitor compliance with policies, DoA, and control procedures.
• Lead SoD reviews and remediation with Finance, IT, HR, and management.
• Drive ICSA planning, evidence collection, and remediation actions.
