Responsibilities include collaboration with HR, Legal and Compliance, planning audits, evaluating controls, and delivering practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal investigations, auditing or similar role.
• Ability to handle sensitive investigations with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills to present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance to gather information and documentation.
• Use forensic analysis to uncover facts and sequence of events.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in planning and execution of internal audits across business units.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses; propose improvements.
• Communicate findings clearly to management; maintain confidentiality.
