Job summary

R Systems is seeking experienced MuleSoft professionals for senior platform operations roles, focusing on end-to-end platform management, reliability, and automation. The team will handle daily L3 production support, incident resolution, and proactive capacity planning to ensure platform stability.

You will work with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift in a distributed cloud environment, leveraging AWS/Azure fundamentals while maintaining SOPs and runbooks. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of MuleSoft platform management experience.
• Strong MuleSoft platform operations experience—not only API development.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of OAuth and OpenID.
• Understanding AWS and Azure fundamentals.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Additional knowledge of Linux, networking, certificate management, XML, XSD, WSDL, Java, JSON, SOAPUI or Postman is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily L3 platform operations and production support.

• Implement self-healing and auto-remediation solutions
• Manage platform capacity, performance and scalability
• Monitor utilization and support capacity forecasting
• Drive platform stability and continuous improvement
• Support major incidents and service restoration
