Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Integrated Creative Designer to develop assets across digital, social, CRM, ecommerce, retail and on-ground touchpoints. You will translate briefs into concepts, adapt assets for multiple platforms, and manage high-volume campaigns with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Creative/Integrated/Graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus AI-powered tools to boost ideation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Design, Integrated Design or Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, CRM, ecommerce and retail campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and productivity.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into compelling creative concepts, visuals and integrated campaigns.
• Create, adapt and localise assets across websites, social, CRM, marketplaces and retail channels.
• Develop deliverables including graphic design, motion graphics, short videos, and campaign visuals.
• Support product launches, retail activations and events with marketing collateral and POSM.
• Manage high-volume output and multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
