Job summary

AQM Creative & Communications in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer to join our growing team. You’ll lead concept development and visuals across ATL, BTL, digital and experiential platforms.

Bring strong conceptual thinking and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Hybrid work, exposure to major brands, and opportunities for creative growth.

Minimum 2 years experience and a strong portfolio are required; fresh graduates with standout work are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Senior Creative Designer.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ATL, BTL, digital, social media, retail, POSM or activation campaigns is highly preferred.
• Able to manage projects independently from concept to execution.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client and campaign briefs.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop Key Visuals (KV), campaign visuals, pitch decks, mock-ups and presentation materials.
• Design creative assets across branding, digital, social media, POSM, retail and activation materials.
• Adapt creative concepts and master artworks across different sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare and adapt Final Artwork (FA) for production when required.
• Collaborate with account servicing, copywriters and production teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Ensure creative outputs meet brand objectives, quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage assigned projects from concept through to execution.
