Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a project team delivering digital applications and business transformation in Malaysia (Selangor). The role focuses on insurance domain projects and requires strong BA skills with Agile delivery experience.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in business analysis, insurance industry exposure, and excellent stakeholder management with fluent English. Diploma or bachelor's degree required, Malaysian citizens only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Insurance industry experience – MUST HAVE.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Confident communicator with strong spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Define features, use cases and user stories.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria for development and testing.
• Map and improve business processes and workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers and project teams.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog across Agile sprints.
• Support application delivery, releases and production issues.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.
