Job summary

Atomic Recruitment Sea in Malaysia is seeking 2 experienced Business Analysts to join a project team supporting digital applications and transformation initiatives within the insurance domain. You will gather, analyse and translate requirements, define features and user stories, and develop acceptance criteria for delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience with insurance exposure, strong Agile/Scrum skills and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Insurance industry experience – MUST HAVE.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Define features, use cases and user stories
• Develop clear acceptance criteria for development and testing
• Map and improve business processes and workflows
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers and project teams
• Manage and maintain the product backlog across Agile sprints
• Support application delivery, releases and production issues
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements
