AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Senior Project Planner/Engineer to lead planning, scheduling, and project-control for major infra projects. You will develop baseline schedules, run CPM analyses, and drive proactive delay-mitigation using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities include creating master programmes, baselines, WBS/OBS structures, and timely progress reporting to management and clients. Strong Excel skills and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project controls/planning.
• 4-6 years planning civil infrastructure projects (Data Centre/Rails/Building/Commercial).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; TILOS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Master Implementation Programmes and detailed baselines across EPCITC.
• Establish structured WBS and OBS aligned with contracts and delivery strategies.
• Perform CPM analysis; monitor progress; prepare Look-Ahead Schedules and KPIs.
• Coordinate progress data from engineering, procurement, and site teams; ensure data integrity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and client submissions.
• Support Planning Manager and Project Director with ad-hoc project controls.
