Job summary

Systemsquad Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise networks, servers and cloud platforms. You will lead migration projects, provide senior escalation support, and manage Windows Server, AD, 365, Azure and AWS environments.

The role encompasses security hardening, networking configuration, and collaboration with sales and project teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Strong documentation and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of hands‑on infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise or customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, network, or cybersecurity projects.
• Able to independently lead technical implementation and resolve complex issues.
• Strong customer communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience in System Integrator/ MSP/ MSSP or IT services environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network, server, cloud and security infrastructure.
• Lead technical delivery for infrastructure migration, cloud adoption and upgrades.
• Provide senior‑level escalation support for complex incidents and performance issues.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, virtualization and backup environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking (routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall, Wi‑Fi) and security.
• Implement cybersecurity solutions including IAM, MFA, SIEM, monitoring and hardening.
• Perform assessment, design, planning, testing, migration and handover of projects.
• Produce documentation: HLD/LLD, MOPs, diagrams and as‑built records.
• Engage customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Collaborate with sales/presales/vendors on solution design and implementation.
