Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in semiconductor backend test manufacturing.
• Experience with OEE, capacity/UPH analysis.
• Automation on the production floor experience.
• Strong Excel; SQL/Minitab or similar tools.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Familiarity with semiconductor test equipment and MES.
• Experience in regulated/audited environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test floor performance and improve gap closure.
• Track OEE against targets and drive corrective actions.
• Lead test floor layout optimization for better material flow and utilization.
• Design and optimize shop floor layouts, including AMRs/AGVs and WIP areas.
• Support daily shop floor planning with Production and Planning teams.
• Audit device UPH to validate test time accuracy and flag deviations.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities across man and machine.
• Drive factory automation to improve throughput and reduce manual tasks.
• Support ISO and audits with data, docs and evidence.
• Lead benchmarking to harmonize practices and KPIs across sites.
• Assist production expansion planning, capacity modeling, and line qualification.
• Coordinate internal relocations and external transfers with minimal disruption.
• Own asset tracking and lifecycle management for test equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve floor issues.
• Present performance data and improvement proposals to management.
• Mentor junior engineers on IE methods and CI tools.
