Axiom seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer for its Prai, Penang operations. The role focuses on boosting productivity by optimizing workers, methods, and technology across production lines.

Responsibilities include simulating processes, coordinating NPI setup, and enhancing cost control and plant layout. A strong background in LEAN and Six Sigma is essential for improving throughput and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Simulates process, materials and manufacturig workflow; input to process engineer.
• LEAN, Six Sigma projects to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Requires Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in high-tech electronics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Simulates process, materials and workflow using REFA, MOST, WITNESS or similar tools.
• Coordinate process planning and setup for NPI with takt, cycle time and direct labor needs.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout and production data to improve efficiency.
