Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IAM/PAM Operations Senior Consultant to lead secure, scalable identity services across enterprise environments in Malaysia. You will manage teams, drive service delivery, and act as a client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.

You will oversee provisioning, de-provisioning, access governance, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure policy compliance and effective identity integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with strong IAM focus.
• Experience in client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience in team handling and operations management.
• Certifications in IAM tools preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
• Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations.
• Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Must-Have Skills (Any 3+): Delinea (SaaS), Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Active Directory (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP)
