Job summary

Infosys is seeking an IAM Architecture Lead to own end-to-end IAM solutions, from requirements to deployment and operation, across modern stacks. You’ll guide governance, design reviews, and architecture decisions for enterprise-scale projects, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivery excellence in a global client environment, with emphasis on cloud IAM and identity governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical and architectural expertise in IAM.
• Experience in client and stakeholder management and program delivery.
• Led end-to-end architecture and deployment of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation, with security standards.
• Familiarity with major IAM stacks (Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM architecture, design, and deployment.
• Define architecture roadmap, patterns, and security standards.
• Drive large-scale IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Provide governance, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT and security.
