Job summary

Infosys is seeking an IAM Architecture Lead to own end-to-end IAM solutions, from requirements to deployment and operation, across modern stacks. You’ll guide governance, design reviews, and architecture decisions for enterprise-scale projects, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and delivery excellence in a global client environment, with emphasis on cloud IAM and identity governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical and architectural expertise in IAM.
• Experience in client and stakeholder management and program delivery.
• Led end-to-end architecture and deployment of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation, with security standards.
• Familiarity with major IAM stacks (Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk).

Position Description:

The candidate should combine strong hands-on technical and architectural expertise with excellent client management, stakeholder management, program delivery, and team leadership capabilities. The role requires ownership of IAM solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation, integration, deployment, and operational transition.

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Define IAM architecture, technology roadmap, design principles, integration patterns, and security standards.
• Lead large-scale IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Provide architecture governance, technical reviews, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet security, scalability, availability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), RBAC, access certification, access provisioning/de-provisioning, SSO, MFA and federation.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, REST APIs and directory services.

Candidates should have strong implementation/architecture expertise in one or more major IAM technology stacks, such as:

• Saviynt / SailPoint IIQ or ISC for IGA
• CyberArk for Privileged Access Management
• Active Directory / LDAP / Directory Services
• SSO, MFA, Federation and Passwordless Authentication

Team & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor cross-functional IAM teams comprising architects, consultants, engineers, developers, and integration specialists.
• Provide technical direction and governance across multiple IAM workstreams.
• Drive planning, task allocation, delivery tracking, quality reviews, risk management, and technical escalation management.
• Coordinate effectively with application, infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and DevOps teams.
• Build technical capability within the team through mentoring, architecture reviews, reusable solutions, and best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Cloud IAM experience across Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience with Zero Trust and modern identity security principles.
• Knowledge of PAM, CIAM, Identity Governance, identity threat protection and privileged identity management.
• Experience supporting IAM solution estimation, proposals, technical presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and pre-sales activities.
• Relevant product certifications in Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Identity & Access would be advantageous.
