Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hydropower or water infrastructure projects.
Strong background in fabrication, installation, and commissioning of hydraulic steel structures.

Responsibilities

Lead supervision activities for hydromechanical works.
Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures, installation methodologies, and inspection plans.
Monitor manufacturing, erection, and testing activities.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Witness FAT and SAT and participate in commissioning activities.
Review NDT results and fabrication quality records.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering recommendations.
Prepare detailed technical reports and progress assessments.
