Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on infra or cloud operations experience (mid-level).
• Minimum 5 years hands-on infra or cloud operations experience (Senior).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing.

Responsibilities

• Support systems in Singapore Data Center and cloud workloads on AWS.
• Perform daily monitoring for servers, network, and cloud components.
• Act as internal escalation points for Incident Management and external vendors.
