Job summary

Shinsung E&G Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Manager to lead the mechanical and HVAC construction across major industrial projects, including CCPM, CSS, and PKK sites. You will oversee site execution, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HVAC construction management experience.
• Experience with large-scale industrial facilities or semiconductor cleanrooms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC construction lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, method statements, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate interface works with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other disciplines.
• Manage subcontractors, progress billing, and cost control.
