Job summary

Keresa Plantations in Malaysia's Sarawak region is seeking an HR Operations professional to coordinate day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and clearance. The role also monitors attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits, working closely with estate and mill teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

You will address employee inquiries and grievances and assist with disciplinary matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources operations and policies.
• Ability to manage recruitment lifecycle including onboarding.
• Strong communication and employee relations skills.
