Job summary

DKSH Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, Health, Safety and Environment to lead HSE strategy, governance, and programs across the organization. The role ensures alignment with global DKSH safety policies and local standards, building a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

You will oversee risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and training, collaborating with leadership and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• Certified training in industry Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental operating budgets and costs in line with annual allocations.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, programs and objectives aligned with global DKSH standards.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and space utilization across premises.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure waste management aligns with environmental laws and regulations.
• Drive employee education on SHE policies and practices across the organization.
• Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on SHE matters.
• Collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on SHE issues.
