Job summary

TIME Energy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Environment Health Safety Specialist to lead HSE implementation across TESB and CNG, focusing on solar installation and EV charging projects in Malaysia.

You will translate Group HSE requirements into practical controls, provide independent field assurance and drive timely corrective actions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety/health engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in high-risk environments.
• Experience with multi-site and contractor-led operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal HSE partner for TESB and CNG with risk-based advisory.
• Translate group HSE priorities into divisional action plans and deliverables.
• Lead field HSE interventions from gap identification to closure.
• Ensure compliance with HIRARC/JSA, PTW and emergency arrangements.
• Maintain field presence, conduct inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Provide input during pre-tender, mobilisation and energisation stages.
• Oversee regulatory inspections, audits and reporting.
