Job summary

Links International is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to lead the design of HRMS/HRIS solutions in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. You will establish architecture standards, govern design patterns, and guide DevOps initiatives across payroll and HR systems.

You will work with Azure-based architectures, manage API integrations, and mentor engineering teams through delivery lifecycles to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 8 years in SaaS solution architecture and 3 years in Payroll or HR systems.
• Solid experience in designing scalable Azure systems and API integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Back-end development with Java, Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with design patterns including BFF, gateway, factory, strategy, and plugin architecture.
• Experience with databases in MySQL and CosmosDB.
• Strong knowledge of web-based architectures, integration strategies and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for HRIS/HRMS solutions.
• Establish design blueprints and maintain architecture standards and governance.
• Contribute to DevOps strategies and build POCs.
• Review and validate technical designs across projects.
• Ensure scalability, security, resiliency and performance.
• Identify risks and dependencies early with practical recommendations.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Team to ensure design quality.
• Coordinate with IT for deployment infrastructure and security readiness.
• Present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
